How see it all is different.

Most ADHD apps are subscriptions with accounts, dashboards and streaks. see it all is a one-off purchase with none of those. This page says exactly what it does, what it deliberately does not do, and who it is not for.

no comparison charts. no competitors named. just facts.

The short version

In one paragraph

see it all is an iPhone notebook and calendar for people who catch everything and lose half of it. Capturing a thought takes one tap, typed, spoken, photographed or shared in from another app, with no fields to fill and no decision to make. Sorting happens later, when thinking is possible, and it sorts by when you will need the thing back rather than by what kind of thing it is. It costs one payment. There is no subscription, no account, no sign-in and no analytics, and nothing you write leaves your phone. It was built by one person in Dorset, UK.

The approach

Four things it does differently

  • Capture and sorting are separate jobsMost apps ask where a thought belongs at the moment you catch it, which is mid-conversation, mid-street, mid-everything. That is the worst possible moment to decide anything, and a hurried decision files things where you will not look. Here, capture costs nothing and sorting happens later.
  • It sorts by when you will need it backNot by what a thing is. A dated thing goes to the calendar, a situational thing to a list you will open when you are there, a pressing thing to a short to-do, a thing you will go looking for to life stuff, and an undecided thing stays a note. "Not sure yet" is a legitimate answer.
  • Distance is stated plainlyThe calendar runs in real weeks and says how far off something is. Not to tell you something you do not know, but to make a distant thing present enough to act on while acting is still cheap.
  • Loudness is chosen per itemFour levels, from a quiet notification to a full-screen alarm, and you pick. Nothing escalates on its own. Insistence you did not choose is just another demand.

Deliberate omissions

What it does not do

These are not missing features. They are choices, and each one has a reason.

  • No streaks, badges or gamificationVariable reward is the most reliable way to make an app compulsive. It is also the mechanism slot machines use, and it works particularly well on brains that already find impulses hard to weigh. We are not using it.
  • No AI assistantNothing you write is sent anywhere to be processed, so nothing can be summarised, suggested or trained on.
  • No integrationsEverything else already pushes at you. This is one place that does not.
  • No collaboration or sharingIt is a private notebook, not a shared workspace.
  • No habit tracking or mood loggingAnother daily thing to keep up is another daily thing to fail at.
  • No web or desktop versionThe phone is the thing already in your hand when the thought arrives, so it is the only device that can promise to catch it.

Common questions

Straight answers

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment, and the app is yours, including future updates to it.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no sign-in, so there is no password to forget and no way to be locked out.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. If you have iCloud turned on it backs up through your own Apple account, which we cannot see. Nothing is sent to us.

Does it work offline?

Yes, completely. There is no server to reach.

Can it import my existing calendar or to-do list?

No, and that is deliberate. Importing brings in every obligation you already have, which is the opposite of what this is for.

Is it a medical or diagnostic tool?

No. It is a notebook and calendar. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or assesses anything, and the quiz on this site is a self-reflection exercise rather than a screening test.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?

No. It was built for brains that catch everything and lose half of it, diagnosed or not.

Is there an Android version?

No, and none is planned at present.

Being straight with you

Who this is not for

A tool that suits everyone suits nobody. If you recognise yourself here, something else will serve you better and we would rather you found it.

  • If you want everything in one placeThis does not replace your work calendar, your team’s task board or your notes app. It is deliberately small.
  • If you need it on several devices or platformsiPhone only. No iPad, no Android, no web.
  • If you want to be pushedNothing here nags, escalates or chases you. If accountability is what works for you, this will feel too quiet.
  • If you want data and insightThere are no charts, no trends and no reports, because nothing is being measured.
  • If your difficulties are severeAn app is not treatment. For diagnosed ADHD, medication has stronger evidence behind it than anything on this site, and that is a conversation worth having with a doctor.

Catch it anywhere. Sort it later. Find it when you need it.

Or take the quiz, which will happily tell you these tools are not for you.
