Privacy

The apps

• Everything you write, snap, or speak stays on your device.
• Backup and sync uses your own iCloud account: Apple's infrastructure, your Apple ID. We never see it and can't access it.
• No accounts, no sign-up, no email address collected by the apps.
• No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no ads.
• One-off purchase handled entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details.

The waitlist

• If you join a waitlist we collect your email address and which app you signed up for.
• We use it for one thing: a single email when that app launches. Nothing else, ever.
• It's stored in Cloudflare D1 (EU jurisdiction). It's never shared, sold, or used for marketing.
• To be removed at any time, email [email protected] and we'll delete your record immediately.
• The timestamp of your signup is stored as the record of consent, in line with the single stated purpose.

Story submissions

• If you send us a story, we store the name and email address you provide, the story text, and your choices about publishing and contact.
• Story submissions are stored securely in Cloudflare D1 so we can read every one.
• Nothing is published without your explicit permission to share it. If you give that permission, we use your first name only.
• To request deletion of your submission, email [email protected] and we'll delete your record.

This website

• No cookies, no sign-ups, no tracking pixels.
• Hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses transiently to serve the site and prevent abuse, as standard server logs. That's the honest carve-out that stops "we collect nothing" being technically false.
• Videos are served from our own storage (Cloudflare R2), no YouTube embeds, so no Google tracking.

If you email us

If you write to [email protected] we'll have your email address, because that's how email works. We use it to reply and nothing else.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the change will be visible here with a date.
