common questions
a place reminder didn't fire
Open see it all, go to places, and check the pin in the "when you're there" header. If it's amber with a "fix" chip, tap it: the app needs Location set to Always for barks to ring with the app closed. Places are watched once you've been there before, and a bark rings about 15 seconds after you arrive. If you leave before that, it won't ring, by design.
a bark didn't ring on silent
Barks are real alarms and ring through silent mode. If one didn't, check Settings > see it all > Notifications is on, and that the alarm wasn't stopped by a Focus mode with "silence alarms" enabled.
where is my data
On your phone, backed up in your own iCloud. There is no see it all server. Delete the app and the iCloud data from Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage and everything is gone.
can I export
Yes. Settings > back up everything saves a copy of all your thoughts to a file you keep.
